It’s finally happening! At the request of Tom himself, I dug up my old Squirrel Comix binder to begin posting TEN YEARS worth of comic strips about Reuben & Jack, the squirrels from the OY books.

This issue is from 2019, and I had just started 7th grade. Anxious and afraid at my new school, I found comfort in relaunching an old project I hadn’t done much with since the fourth grade. What followed were hundreds of comics, each getting better as I honed my skills. This strip was the first in the “New Era” of Squirrel Comix, and one of the first to feature an original character!

I’ve also included a fresh, high quality remake of the original to celebrate! Perhaps future issues will have something similar 👀

Tips from Webmaster Sam

1) After you submit... be patient. It can take 2-4 weeks for it to appear, simply because of the number of submissions submitted before yours.

2) A STRICT policy on the site is NO PEOPLE in your origami photos, including you. (Your hand is okay, but that’s it!)

3) Remember, clicking on SUPERFOLDER STOOKINESS is the best way to see ALL the origami SFs have posted! And if you like it, comment on it!

4) Take a little extra time and make sure you've got the BEST picture you can get of your origami. Maybe even crop and rotate the photo using a website like: PICRESIZE.com.
