I folded Snoke and the Grand Inquisitor. My theory is that Snoke is actually the Inquisitor.
The Inquisitor’s “death” scene is him falling into a bunch of flames. Snoke has a bunch of scars and burn marks on his face. I copied the facial scars from an actual picture of Snoke from the movie.
Another thing is the way that Snoke talks. He and the Inquisitor say some similar things about domination and their voices are even sort of similar, although Snoke sounds slightly less haughty and more tired.
