This is Emolga, my third favorite Pokemon. She may not be apart of the original 151, but I think she’s still pretty cute. If you want instrux, then follow these.

1. Make a Pikachu, the one that Tom made.

2. Fold the tail down and get the legs out of there.

3. Curve head and make the ears smaller.

4. Fold out wings and use scissors to cut smaller. (Or just fold back.)

5. Decorate!!!
