SuperFolder Mangolorian
It’s so strange to me. I was browsing the web in my room when I looked to my bookshelf. I saw the books that made my middle school years. The books that sparked my curiosity and creativity. They were the Origami Yoda books. I had flashbacks to my time folding puppets under the desk at school, getting laughed at by everybody because I was really cringy. I remembered my nights of staying up late reading and looking at the stuff you superfolders made. It made me feel like I was part of a community, even though we can’t efficiently communicate to each other.
I am now in my senior year of high school and I will soon have to be an adult. It seems like only weeks ago that I was scarping my money together to buy Darth Paper Strikes Back when that came out at our book fair. My childhood is behind, it wasn’t always a happy one, but these books and this site made it a little better.
This post might not even get posted, I wouldn’t blame webmaster Sam for not allowing to go through. I may be an adult now, with a job, a car, and a girlfriend, but I’m happy that I was a part of this community, even if I did post cringey minecraft and five nights at freddy’s content. And to Tom especially, thank you. Thank you for everything.
