Ok, so last night I did bring our case to my school board. Only bad thing, I was on a busy schedule for this Thursday so I had to turn in a written comment. Please believe me. Also, I was thinking, maybe talking to the school board isn’t enough. So I thought up some other Ideas. If you find an Idea then submit it here. Here’s Idea number one. Start a petition. This might be easier if your on-campus but go around and ask random people how they feel about I-ready. Then you can show that to your principal or school board. Idea number two. Ok first of all I want to say THIS IDEA IS REALLY RISK!!!!! ONLY DO IT IF YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED TO!!!! So basically you organize what I call is a “kid strike”. You get as many people as you can and have them all get zeros on all their tests. Tell your principal that you will not stop until I-Ready is removed from your school. It might take a while but eventually, they will have to give in because then would bring their school average down a lot. This one is also better on-campus.
