Balthazar here is literally seeing stars. The world is spinning and he’s starting to black out… Balthazar fell off that tree he was climbing, and landed right on his head. Ouch! That can’t be very good for the brain. Luckily, this is the fist time this has happened, so there won’t be any permanent damage. But, multiple concussions like this may wreck Balthazar’s brain for good. This is why he decided to adopt Reginald’s (see Daily Ewok #56) motto: “safety first.” While the obsessive zero-fun policy isn’t the best for a wokling who needs to play with others and have fun, it might be useful in these weeks following Balthazar’s injury. He definitely doesn’t want to feel that dizzy again, especially right after this time. For now, missing out on fun times is worth missing out on possible head trauma. It will only be for a few weeks, and then Balthazar can begin doing more and more activities. Slowly, but steadily, he can resume his daily life. As it turns out, Reginald’s motto was perfect, with just a few modifications: “safety first, if you just had a concussion!”
