Wilbur has the cleanest teeth of all of the ewoks he knows. That’s probably because he is the only ewok he knows who actually brushes his teeth. Wilbur made a toothbrush out of twigs and dried grass, and toothpaste from crushed-up leaves with berries for flavoring. With these, he cleans his pearly whites twice a day. He’s also tried flossing, but he just couldn’t find a string long enough for his teeth. Steve, the dentist (see Daily Ewok #14), is a huge fan of Wilbur’s habits. Since Wilbur actually takes care of his teeth, it makes Steve’s job really easy when he comes in for a checkup. Other ewoks’ teeth are disgusting, they’re yellow, brown, black, hollow, missing, crooked, worn down, and more. Steve knows that as a dentist, it technically is his job to help any ewok he can, but he still enjoys the brake he gets during Wilbur’s appointments. Wilbur’s smile shines like the sun. It may not be as big as Mikey‘s smile (see Daily Ewok #53), but it’s definitely twice as bright. Even though his smile looks nice, Wilbur’s face is not the prettiest. He has toothpaste smeared all over it. It’s a good thing for those berries, since they not only flavor the paste, but color it too. Otherwise it’d look like white foam coming out of his mouth, and the woklings would’ve thought Wilbur had rabbis!
