“No pain, no gain”, those are the words that Stewart lives by. Yes, pain is a part of his rigorous daily exercise. The harder Stewart works, the more his muscles burn. At the end of a usuall workout, every muscle in Stewart’s body aches with soreness. You’d think this would stop him, but Stewart is determined to get stronger. He wants to be just like his personal hero, Biff (see Daily Ewok #58). Stewart was one of the ewoks that Biff told: “With the proper diet and exercise routine, you too can look like me!” Stewart believed him right away, and began training to make his dreams become reality. He works out for at least two hours every day, and longer if he has time. Stewart drinks plenty of water, and only eats the healthiest of foods. Slowly, but steadily, he is beginning to make some progress. Stewart can lift several pounds more than he could when he started working out. Soon, he’ll be able to lift even more. It is a very slow process however, so it might take a very long time to become as strong as Biff. It is possible though, as long as Stewart continues to work hard and never gives up! He will probably be fine on his own, but encouragement always helps. Comment with a “STOOKY!” to cheer on Stewart as he maintains his workout schedule!
