Peter here is in slightly different stage of life than most ewoks are. He’s older than a wokling, but not quite an adult ewok. There isn’t a good word to describe an adolescent ewok, so we’ll just use the human term: teenager. Peter not is not only the same age as human teenagers, he also shares many teenage tendencies. He doesn’t want to spend time with younger woklings, or older ewoks, he sleeps a lot (see Daily Ewok #27), and he gets kind of emotional sometimes. Peter’s hairstyle is one of the many things he does simply to follow the crowd. He’s loud, obnoxious, and never wants to follow directions. This is driving his parents insane! The good news is, this is just a phase. Pretty soon, Peter will grow out of it, and become a fully-grown adult ewok. In the future, Peter and those around him will be able to look back on his teenage years and laugh, but right now, he’s just really annoying!
