SFs!!!

It sure was awesome hitting post 25,000 and we were lucky it was such a good one!

It made me wonder what the FIRST piece of SF Stookiness was when we started the new site.

There were a couple of posts, one showing Pablo Hidalgo’s Origami Yoda, but as far as I can tell the first actual origami submitted was…. Evil Jawa’s Jawa!!!

That was over 8 years ago, but I am happy to say that I am still in touch with EvilJawa and he is still Stooky (and still not actually evil!)

Tips from Webmaster Sam

1) After you submit... be patient. It can take 2-4 weeks for it to appear, simply because of the number of submissions submitted before yours.

2) A STRICT policy on the site is NO PEOPLE in your origami photos, including you. (Your hand is okay, but that’s it!)

3) Remember, clicking on SUPERFOLDER STOOKINESS is the best way to see ALL the origami SFs have posted! And if you like it, comment on it!

4) Take a little extra time and make sure you've got the BEST picture you can get of your origami. Maybe even crop and rotate the photo using a website like: PICRESIZE.com.
