Author Jan Wahl recently passed away in Ohio.

His book Furious Flycycle was a favorite read when I was a kid and I deliberately tried to match its crazy pace and style when I wrote my version of Return of the Jedi a few years ago.

And now I think I’ll reread it in his honor!
