Superfolders,

It is very frustating for me to have to do something like this when I’d rather be launching Tom’s new book.

But there has been a lot of bad behavior on the site lately and it simply has to stop.

Threatening a SuperFolder is ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE. It’s not funny, so don’t claim that you were joking. If you act like that, you are not welcome on this site. Goodbye and don’t come back. (Yes, I know you can create a new username, but that one will be banned, too.)

Cursing and spamming aren’t allowed either. Joke spamming is just as bad as real spamming, so DON’T DO IT!

I’ve suspended several accounts and deleted countless comments tonight. And I will keep suspending people who behave this way and deleting their comments. I have done this AT TOM’S REQUEST. He is very upset that we’ve seeing behavior like this.

We’ve discussed shutting down the comments altogether, but most SFs are so stooky and nice that we don’t want to spoil their fun. But we simply cannot have a website full of spam, curses and threats. It must stop!
