Pepper’s Ghost is an old magician’s trick for creating transparent ghostly images. I used the Slimer from “Ghostbusters” because he’s a ghost. I first got the idea from “The Magic School Bus Gets a Bright Idea.”
I used a homemade 6-inch cardboard cube, painted the inside black, cut a medium-sized window on one side, made a cardboard window frame, stretched plastic wrap across it, put it in the box on a slant, cut a hole on the top of the box, and I shined a flashlight through the hole so the “ghost” was visible in the window.
