This is the type of starfighter that Anakin and Obi-Wan are piloting in the Battle of Coruscant at the beginning of Episode III. I got the instructions from this really stooky book I got last Christmas, Star Wars Origami by Chris Alexander. Some of the designs are really hard and this one is no exception – at least when you do it for the first time. After that, it gets easier. I made this one out of square yellow paper, then coloured it (colouring actually took me nearly as long as folding). The model is about 6 cm or 2 1/2 inches long (and nearly as wide), it somehow looks larger in this picture.
1) After you submit... be patient. It can take 2-4 weeks for it to appear, simply because of the number of submissions submitted before yours.
2) A STRICT policy on the site is NO PEOPLE in your origami photos, including you. (Your hand is okay, but that’s it!)
3) Remember, clicking on SUPERFOLDER STOOKINESS is the best way to see ALL the origami SFs have posted! And if you like it, comment on it!
4) Take a little extra time and make sure you've got the BEST picture you can get of your origami. Maybe even crop and rotate the photo using a website like: PICRESIZE.com.
