Kylo Ren

SuperFolder Origamaster

sorry for abandoning my spooky post yet again, but this time I have a valid excuse. I was preparing. I watched and rematched the Force Awakens in theaters and I’m planning on getting the DVD soon. Plus someone at my school said they are going to put all of the Star Wars movies on Netflix. I folded this Kylo with the intention of giving him a hood. When I couldn’t figure out how to make a decent one that was the right size, I refolded, making his neck really long, then making a series of pleats and creases that allowed me to fit in a small slanted piece for those slanted things on the side of his helmet. Then I folded him a superstooky lightsaber, crossguard and all, discovering a new problem. Where would I put it? My second version had no hand or pocket. So I went back, refolded, revised a couple times. This guy was a real piece of work. Literally. I eventually redid the whole design, because I had to make a pocket to hold the saber, which would hame made my design look fat and squat. So I revised so that it was a bit like the universal puppet and here he is! nope wait. sorry guys. Image not yet saved to my photos. I can’t drag the reluctant file in here until some other time. for now, here’s a picture of my dog so you’re not bored to death looking at my post and all the very very very very very very very very very very very very many words that you have read and thinking, “man, is this guy out of his mind?!” I’ll keep you posted on other recent origami inventions
