SuperFolder Robbiek

I have been away for about a year and a half, and it’s not because I haven’t been folding during that time. I’ve definitly not been folding as much as I was back in like 2016, but I do have a lot folds to show off from the past year. Honestly I just keep forgetting this site exists unfortunately. So today I am making no promises or statements about my future with origami. I did that back in 2018 and yeah, I feel kind of bad about not really following through with posting stuff. However here I am just choosing to share this elephant I made this past May. I am pretty sure this is a Fumiaki Kawahata origami (I don’t remember exactly but it looks like the fold and I feel good about making that claim) so anyone wishing to replicate this can probably find a guide for it online. I will mention that this is certainly the most advanced origami I have ever attempted, so it’s a bit of a step up from my usual universal fold creations. But I am confident that you all can make your own elephants, and they will look probably better than mine. See you guys next year I guess. (I’m joking, I’ll probably post sooner than that)
