If you have made your costume but haven’t submitted it yet: stop reading and submit it (with the word Halloween in the title)

If you haven’t made a costume… here’s an idea for a really fast fix: BAGAGAMI!

Get a paper bag.

Get a character. I picked: Ookla the Mok from Thundarr the Barbarian!

Now a bag is always going to be somewhat baggish, so don’t get to fancy. Just apply some of our basic origami techiniques to it: like Ewok ears. There’s nothing easier than Ewok ears! (actually, these Ewok ears got a little complicated. For one thing, I was making a Mok not an Ewok!)

 

Then decorate the front. Refold and cut here and there.

 

PUT ON YOUR HEAD! Remember… cut eye holes BEFORE putting on your head. Not kidding!
