The Puppetts RETAKE Manhattan!!! See Tom this weekend in NYC!

Tom AND Cece are headed for NYC for ComicCon….

You can see them Saturday at McNally Jackson Books:

We’re hosting Comic Con: Junior Edition at McNally Jackson, Saturday, Oct. 11, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Our lineup includes two extraordinary authors and graphic artists who’ve created a raft of incredible books: Tom Angleberger and Cece Bell!

OR later on Saturday, you can join TOM and TONY DITERLIZZI and REBELS authors at BOOKS OF WONDER at 4 PM for STAR WARS READS DAY.

Then on Saturday, join TOM for a ORIGAMI CREATION EVENT at ComicCon at 12:15 pm. We are going to make A LOT OF PUPPETTS!!!!!

Then Tom and Cece will sign books at the Abrams ComicCon Booth at 1:30!

 

I’m expecting to post LOTS of photos from Tom as he gets all fanboy about Buckaroo Banzai and plastic monsters at ComicCon!

 






Tips from Webmaster Sam

1) After you submit... be patient. It can take 2-4 weeks for it to appear, simply because of the number of submissions submitted before yours.

2) A STRICT policy on the site is NO PEOPLE in your origami photos, including you. (Your hand is okay, but that’s it!)

3) Remember, clicking on SUPERFOLDER STOOKINESS is the best way to see ALL the origami SFs have posted! And if you like it, comment on it!

4) Take a little extra time and make sure you've got the BEST picture you can get of your origami. Maybe even crop and rotate the photo using a website like: PICRESIZE.com.
